Nonprofit Operations Association launched in 2016 and is the only international membership community for operations professionals working in the nonprofit sector. Within this broad context, operations includes the fundraising and business operations required to run a nonprofit organization.

Membership is open to operations professionals in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors to encourage knowledge sharing and resources.

We support our members through on and off-line knowledge-sharing, benchmarking and thought-leadership. We are 'run for the members, by the members' for public and private sector organizations across the globe.
